To rent a vehicle from PakCar Rentals, you must:

- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
- Provide valid identification and a credit card for security purposes.
Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle, you agree to:
- Use the vehicle responsibly and comply with traffic laws.
- Return the vehicle on the agreed date and in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Pay any additional charges incurred during the rental period, including fuel, tolls, and fines.
Booking and Cancellation
Booking: Reservations can be made through our website or customer service. Availability is subject to confirmation.
Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booking start time will not incur a penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Insurance and Liability
All rentals include basic insurance coverage. However, renters are responsible for:
- Damage caused by negligence or improper use of the vehicle.
- Loss or theft of the vehicle unless additional coverage is purchased.
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Prohibited Uses
Vehicles rented from PakCar Rentals must not be used for:
- Illegal activities.
- Off-road driving unless specified in the rental agreement.
- Towing, racing, or carrying more passengers than allowed.
Termination
PakCar Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the terms and conditions are violated or if the vehicle is misused.
